I did a test print from the main office printer and 
everything looks fine.No error message.

A 256MB RAM was installed on the HP Laserjet 4350 
printer.

All the users can print i just had to reinstall drivers from Amber's 
computer and it prints fine. Whenever anyone in the office try to 
print a pdf file it gives a memory error and i already talked to 
Megan and she will expand the ram. I already called and let 
Amber know that we are going to order parts and it will probably 
take upto 2 to 2.5 weeks to arrive in a mean while they can 
choose print as an image option if they are trying to print PDF 
files.

Amber was not in her office when i went there but it 
was working fine when i tried to print with Sarah 
and Anne computers.

IA-IntlStudent- has nothing stuck on krusty. I
sent a successful test print from Krusty too. I
think that it is a issue with Ambre computer.

Went unplugged and plugged back in the Ethernet cable. 
Everything working fine and all the users can print .

The network name for the main printer is:
IA-IntlStudent (this is the one holding up the
whole office and is very urgent)
The name of my local printer is: HP Officejet Pro
8000 A809 Series (not connected to network, just
my computer)
