She just called and said she has not having anymore problems if 
she do she will contact us again.

Called the office and they said she is busy today till 11:30am. She 
will call us and let us know if she is getting problems or not.

Seems like Sophos was not updated so i reinstall sophos and 
updated some her applications. She is going to keep an eye for 
couple days so if she get the same error then i will reimage her 
computer and she is okay with that. I will contact her tomorrow 
morning again.

This is Malissa in Disability Services and my
laptop is crashing again. 
The UCS number is 20130552[Edit Inv] and attached is the
most recent screen shot.
