today while we image.

Daniel came over to check the computer for ITC 103 
again and everything looked good other than one 
quick install we can take care of after imaging.  
He would like us to start imaging Wednesday unless 
we hear otherwise.

Did a few tweaks on the image for ITC103 that Daniel 
requested.  Uploading new image now and will image 
the machine again.

Loaded image.  Cannot get Max6 to work without 
dongle.  Need to talk with Daniel to see if I can 
use one of the dongles to license.  He will also 
need to check the image to see if he needs 
anything else.

The repair has been completed.  We are hanging on to 
the machine to test the image once it has been 
completely built.

Called Mac Store and left a voicemail to schedule a 
time for the iMac repair to take place.

Received a voicemail from the Mac Store to repair 
the iMac last night.  Will call them when they open 
this morning at 10am

The Mac is displaying half the screen dark.  Miles 
called AppleCare
