His computer was connected to his printer but when
he came into work today it did not have the option
to print from his specific printer. I guided him
through the steps to add the printer but the
printer name is not in the system. They think that
the printers name is ATH-Hallway but might be a
little different. Please contact Benjamin by
phone. Also everyone else in the office are not
having any issues with printing to this printer.
