Went over to see Carol about the license.I 
uninstalled the Adobe CC 2014 version and re-
registered the Adobe Production CS6 Prem. version 
and it worked.Carol confirmed this because she can 
open up her files without any problem.

She called because she thought she had a 10am appt
with Tunde.  She has a meeting at 11 and said
someone can come and do it while she's in her
meeting but she needs it to be working soon.

I called the tech line and Tunde wasn't back there.

I met with Carol today at her office.The Adobe 
license key isn't registering online as its 
suppose to.So, I have to discuss with Tricia when 
she gets back from her break to confirm Carol's 
profile on the application.Carol will be at work 
next week Wednesday - we scheduled a meeting for 
10a.m. to resolve the problem; that will be after 
my discussion with Tricia regarding the license.

Creative Suite needs an access code to license it

I used the numbers I was given while I was in NYC,
but they are coming up Invalid.

She had a virus (safesearch) and tricia walked her
through to get it removed.  She was told to bring
the computer in and we would wipe it clean to make
sure everything is gone.  She has everything
already backed up already too.  If it needs to be
re-imaged, she is good to go with that as well.
