functioning properly.

She got a docking station for her laptop and two
monitors but she needs some help trying to set it
up.  She also is supposed to have a black case
with her laptop set up that was done (SR# 54002)
says there was supposed to be one with it.  

She is not on campus but she can be if a time is
set up.
