Called Angie again, she said that she had 
restarted her computer this morning and the 
calendars appeared to be working again.  She is 
going to keep an eye on them for the next few days 
and let us know if she notices any more issues.  
For now, everything seems to be working.

Went and met with Angie to look at the calendars.  
It looked like the calendar hasn't been properly 
syncing for at least several weeks.  I tried to 
sync accounts and received an error message saying 
the sync failed.  I uninstalled the Google sync 
tool and removed its access from Angie's account, 
then reinstalled and granted access again.  I ran 
the initial sync which appeared successful but did 
not actually sync the calendars.

Angie mentioned that the same issue has occurred 
recently and she worked with Lexie to resolve it, 
which involved re-imaging her computer.
