Received replacement hard disk.  Giving back to Nick 
to replace and reimage.  It will need the OOBElab 
image.  I will need the broken hard disk to send 
back to Dell.

tried to re image the computer with the same hdd in it. when it 
came to the screen asking what disk i would like to load the image 
to. the computer said there are no discs available..

went to image this computer in ed 111 was unable to boot the 
hdd. put in the boot stick and it loaded that. 

Brought it back to the office to further inspect the computer.

swapped hdd with another hdd from the same model and year of 
computer the computer booted right up into window.

I want to ask for another boot stick and see if it is just a problem 
with what is on the hdd or if the whole hdd is bad.
