I have updated all the softwares she had and she logged in and 
double checked. Everything looks good. I also updated her windows 
she had like 45 updates.

Lots of stuff was broken - managed to fix all 
of it but Adobe Acrobat 10 Pro which is part of 
the suite she has will not work.

Also cannot install Acrobat 10 pro alone 
because her license key for the suite won't 
work on Acrobat 10 pro's standalone installer.
