Hi Megan,
We are having trouble with our Upward Bound
printer (SID) again.  Since you have been the one
helping us out with that, I wasn't sure if I
should let you know directly, or if I should
submit a task request?  

The printer number is 20051057[Edit Inv], in APS 501.  I
believe last time you had to order a part... and
it may need to be replaced completely at some point.  

Please let me know if you could come take a look
at it, or if I should send a request to the help
desk.  Please call before coming or sending anyone
over, since I am the only one in the office lately
and I'm at the high school sites quite a bit. I'm
at 8-8617.
