Went over there and she asked me remove some of the softwares 
she do not want anymore like real player, Divx player and bunch 
of toolbars. I removed everything she asked me and restarted 
and computer, checked updates and everything was worked 
good. I also ran Malware and did not detect anything. I restarted 
her computer again and they were no pop ups anymore. I m 
going to double check everything tomorrow with her. 

She keeps getting a bunch of popups and she can't
get things done very easily.  She thinks she has
some virus on there.  She has had them for about
the last 2.5 weeks.

She is around in the afternoons after 1pm.
