It wasn't pulling the correct IP.  Manually
changed it, the subnet, and gateway to correct
settings (140.211.76.44).  That fixed it and
cleared the queue.  Changed it back to DHCP and
the settings appeared to stay.  Successfully test
printed.  Paul helped.

I've tried to print from one of the computers 2-3
times with getting the same message. I have tried
to "wake-up" the printer, but it still won't

Have the computers and printers been restarted? 
It sounds like the connect needs to be refreshed.

    After computers were imaged in NS 114, the
printer now is not working. It has an "off-line"
message when you try to print.
    Printer WOU # is 20130456[Edit Inv] located in NS 114.
