Updated his windows and dell drivers. Seems like 
everything is working good. He is very happy too.

Went over there restart his computer everything worked good. 
Logged in and updated windows and then  he logged in and 
everything looked good. I told him i will come double check 
tomorrow morning.

When he is working on things, the background gets
all pixel and freezes it.  He restarts it and
eventually it has the same problem again.  When he
comes in the morning and starts up his computer,
it takes about 5 mins for anything to start
responding.  The browser takes forever to load up.
