She was contacted by Comcast and told that "bots"
had infected her computer. She was advised to
install and use one of their virus softwares and
Malwarebytes. Her computer didn't appear to be
affected as we worked on it. I showed her how to
use Sophos and to save/backup in case she was
infected in the future.

She was having difficulty syncing the files on her
computer with the those on the network (as she
worked from home). Helped her get setup with
remote desktop so she could directly access her
network files.

She keep getting a bunch of warning messages on
her computer. She ran malware and moved them to
quarantine but she is still getting issues. She
tried starting the computer in safe mode and she
can't even get in. It tells her the password is
incorrect and to go to some website to change it.

She is around 130-3 today.
