Restarted the computer to finish the
uninstallation, downloaded java from the verify
java page, turned off automatic update, and had
her test it.  

Ran Malwarebytes and gave her instructions for
when it finished.  

She mentioned Darin might have a similar problem;
told her to contact the Service desk when he was free.

Java 7.6 is trying to download.  It tell her to
download a 6 version instead and then it still
doesn't download.  When she tries to restart it
brings back the same issue. "Java is blocked so it
needs to be updated" when she tries to log into
banner.
