found that there was a problem with krusty. Dave M 
was able to change it through printer preferences 
and printer defaults on krusty.

UA-Wolf is not printing color when they send the
print jobs to the colored side of the
printer--they come out black and white.  It is all
users who are having the same problem.  They all
are on PCs.
