on my portal. I've also tried it on other 
computers (since I have a mac) and it still 
does not open.

Seems like she is running OX 10.6.4 and she never updated 
her applications so I updated java and went to 
cheetah.wou.edu and followed steps as Michael told me but 
it didn't work. I couldn't find Michael so I went talked to John 
and he suggested me to go talk to banner person but 
unfortunately he was not around too so I went told her I will 
come up with more information on Monday and also she is 
not in hurry :)

She is unable to open banner. She clicks in the 
icon in portal and she gets a blank page as a 
popup instead of portal.
