The ethernet cable was in an inactive port on the 
face-plate.So, I switched it over to the other 
port and it worked fine.

She can get onto her computer just fine but the
internet says "server not found".  They have tried
multiple different browser and get the same thing.
 They have tried restarting and still same error.
 She can't do anything till she has internet.

They tried different ports in the room but none of
them worked.
