Lori Burgeson	Sep 15, 2014 02:33 PM	The charger for Yanwei's MacBook pro is frayed. Her computer is no longer under warranty, so AppleCare will not replace the charger. Called AppleCare to get a quote for a replacement charger, but had to leave a voicemail. Once I receive a quote I will send it to Sarah in the CS department to see if they will replace the charger.
