Before we can perform the install, please save anything you might have saved to your desktop to a network drive such as your H drive. This will ensure that we are able to transfer everything to your new machine. Please let me know your availability and I will set up an appointment with you to bring over your new computer. Babatunde Idahor	Sep 17, 2014 03:45 PM	Logged into her mac machine- wou#: 20101406 in safemode to check if recent updates were installed.Then I logged-out.Did a restart using her profile, and it was successful.But,the machine was still running slow.Copied all her files from the document folder to the H:drive - because she hasn't backed-up for a while.I Have to check if there is a GFA for this machine, because the warranty has expired.
