Delivered Pamela's new iMac.  Connect H, I, J, K 
drives and made sure they will connect at logon.  
Connected Phaser 3250 local printer as well as RR-
RRCD via IP.

a time to swing by to set up your new iMac.

you or not.  If not, please let me know a more

Hi Pamela,

We have a new iMac ready to bring over and set 
up for you.  Before we can perform the install, 
please save anything you might have saved to 
your desktop to a network drive such as your H 
drive.  This will ensure that we are able to 
transfer everything to your new machine.  
Please let me know your availability and I will 
set up an appointment with you to bring over 
your new computer.

Hi Kathy,

Erin's computer is all set up and ready to go 
for her.

Just let me know when you are ready for us to 
deliver Pamela's computer.  She will need to 
transfer anything she might have saved to her 
desktop to a network drive such as the H drive 
before we can make the swap.

your machine to a network location, such as your H 
drive.  Once that has completed, we will be able

NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) An iMac needs to be setup and delivered to 
Pamela Cancel in ED 224. The WOU # of the new computer is 
20131016[Edit Inv] and the old computer is 20101406[Edit Inv]. The new equipment 
is on the counter in ITC008.

Logged into her mac machine- wou#: 20101406[Edit Inv] in 
safemode to check if recent updates were 
installed.Then I logged-out.Did a restart using 
her profile, and it was successful.But,the 
machine was still running slow.Copied all her 
files from the document folder to the H:drive - 
because she hasn't backed-up for a while.I Have 
to check if there is a GFA for this machine, 
because the warranty has expired.
