The HDMI cable to the monitor is loose when 
connected to the HDMI port on the new system-
unit.I swapped the old one with a new cable we had 
here in the office.Everything looks fine.

The monitor keeps turning off on her and she
thinks it could be a loose connection but she says
everything is plugged in.
