John received the price quote for a new laptop 
battery for Becka.  He has forwarded that to the 
CS department for approval and an index code.  If 
approved, the order will go through and Becka will 
receive the battery replacement.

Heat sink was replaced yesterday.  She is hoping 
to receive a new battery for her laptop.  I will 
have to call Dell to get a quote for a replacement 
and send it to the department head for approval 
and an index code to charge if approved.

I just received the replacement part for your 
laptop.  Let me know when you can swing your 
computer by and I can get it installed for you.  
Should only take me 15 minutes or so to get that 
swap done.

Submitted a warranty request through Dell.  Need to 
contact Becka when the part comes in for 
replacement.

The heat sink in her laptop is not working
properly and is causing overheating issues.  The
laptop is under warranty and a new fan needs to be
ordered from Dell.  Becca can be reached at
971-241-8689 when the part has been received so
she can bring her laptop in so we can replace the
part.
