Before we can perform the swap, you will need to transfer anything you might have saved to your desktop of your current machine to a network drive such as your H drive. Once that has been completed, we can make that swap for you. Please let me know when you would be available so we can make an appointment with you to set up the new computer. We also have the iMac ready to deliver and set up for Katherine Pfaff. She also will need to transfer anything she might have saved locally to her current machine to a network drive before we can swap out her computers.
