I spoke with Paul this morning after doing some
troubleshooting and he and I went over and figure
out that the machine was pulling the wrong IP
address.

I was able to get hold of the user that is
encountering network problems. I wasn't able to
complete the troubleshooting the machine because
of the time they close from work. Promise to check
the office first thing tomorrow and get the task
completed.

They are able to log into the computer but it will
not connect to our network. They feel like it
might be pulling the wrong IP address. The
computer was working last Wed and has not sense then.
