It ended up that Firefox was the only thing 
running slow.  I helped her back up all her files 
to the H drive and performed a soft reset.  
Firefox seems to be running much faster now.

Connie Haralson called and said that Linda needs
someone to come down and show her how to back up
her stuff to her H drive. Please call Connie to
set up a time to do this with Linda.

Called and left a message for Linda to have her
backup anything she has locally in case we need to
re-image her machine.  Linda will call when she is
ready for someone to come look at her iMac.

Connie called to say that Linda said that it is
running really slow still and she can't get much
done.  She is in till 5 today.  Connie can be a
point of contact as well- 88597

Computer/Internet running slow intermittently. 
Installed system updates, seems to be running
better. Will call her back tomorrow for a follow
up to see if everything is running better still.

Computer is running really slow.  The computer has
been restarted but it has been having problems for
about a week.  When she tries to use the internet,
it just spins and takes forever to load.

She is around this morning but in meetings all
afternoon.
