No special software, imported his favorites, made
him an admin, ran updates.  Delivered and good to go.

Logged in with my profile and I connected fine. 
Network shows connection.  Looks like he has
multiple malwares/viruses on his machine.  Ran
scans and tried to remove, but no luck.  Talked to
him about reimaging and he was okay with it.  He
uses his network drives and there is an open
computer for him to use in the meanwhile.

When he tries to connect to the internet, it gives
an error every time.**

When he tries to connect to the internet.  He has
tried different browsers but it says there is no
internet connection.  He tried restarting but same
error pops up.  He checked the connections and
still says "remote device wont except the connection".

He is around most the day--quiet day for him he said
