Mac book connected via ethernet cable for easy 
access to printer.

Printer was connected successfully.But, it takes a 
long time for the print-out to come through.I 
think its better she uses connects her printer 
with an ethernet cable.

Printer was added using IP address. It says i'm 
connected but -i'm unable to print from her 
laptop.Tried  downloading the driver for the 
printer onto the mac.But, after installing; 
same problem.Going back in tomorrow to work on 
it printer.

She called today and said that her printer is
still printing 3 printer status copies before her
actual print job comes through. Also her printer
is not not responding to Krusty. It is a mac so
you might have to download the drive to the printer.

Printer was missing correct drivers, so I 
installed those, but the problem persisted 
(some files would print while others appeared 
to print but wouldn't).  I added the printer 
through IP, which solved the problem; however, 
whenever she tried to print a word document, 
the printer would attempt to print "printer 
status" pages (as seen in the print queue).  If 
these jobs were deleted, the desired document 
would print successfully.  I told her I would 
follow up with her about this issue.  In the 
meantime, she is able to print everything she 
needs.

Thanks for the quick help. I was able to print to
ansel, using the new name, but still can't get the
303 lab printer to print...it says "connecting"
and then "ready". It's weird, b/c I printed a
calendar on it earlier this a.m. and now it's not
responding. Here's the printer info: #20140008[Edit Inv]
(Xerox color qube).

Hi, I'm in my CH office, trying to print my
syllabus from my Mac laptop (WOU#2010419)  but my
files aren't printing out. I've tried
BART-CA-Ansel and the printer repeatedly pauses on
me, and won't accept the file. Then I tried
printing to KRUSTY-Lab-303 and the computer screen
shows it finding the right printer, connecting and
"printing" but when I walk over to the printer,
nothing has come through. I've tried sending the
files as both pdf and docx, but no luck. There are
no error messages on the printer itself. I
recently updated Adobe Acrobat Pro...could that
have affected it?

Can you help me?
