She needs help fixing the screens so the computer
doesn't shut down when she closes the lid.  I
tried to do over the phone but she wants someone
to come and look at it.

Laptop was delivered and setup.  Printers 
mapped via GPO:  TR-TRIBusiness, TR-TRIColor, 
TR-TRILJ8000, TR-CDC.  Added TRI-Croom from 
krusty and tested printing.  Network drives 
mapped via GPO

Installed Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Developer 
Edition.  The product key was already entered 
when it prompted me for one during the 
installation.  I saved the product key into the 
purchase info note

Laptop is back on the shelf and ready for 
deployment

I have received one additional software title 
that was ordered for Andrea for this laptop: 
Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Developer Edition from 
P0095541, Order#7969 on T:\Microsoft\SQL Server 
2014 Developer Edition  There was no serial key 
with this software purchase so my guess is that 
it won't ask you for one but let me know if that 
is not the case

Hi Andrea,

We have a Dell laptop and docking station ready 
to bring to you and set up.  Before we can 
complete the setup, you will need to transfer 
anything you might have saved locally (to your 
desktop or C drive) to a network drive such as 
your H drive.  Once that has been done, we can 
set up your new laptop.  Please let me know 
your availability for next week so we can make 
an appointment with you.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A Dell laptop, monitor, and dock need to be setup and 
delivered to Andrea Fewx. The WOU # of the laptop is 20140285[Edit Inv], the 
monitor is 20140286[Edit Inv], and the dock is 20140314[Edit Inv]. The equipment is on the 
shelves across from the hallway in ITC 009.
