Transferred Firefox favorites.  Installed RDP 
client for Medicat, Remote Scan, Epson Scan 
drivers, Screwdriver drivers.  Tested Medicat 
login and scanning.  Also made sure Banner was 
working and had its exception in the browser.

Hi Trisha,

I am hoping you received my last email 
regarding three new computers we have ready to 
set up at the Health Center for you, Diane, and 
Crystal.  We do need to make sure we get the 
Medicat shortcut and Remote Scan loaded on the 
computers while we are setting them up there.  
Please let me know when a good time would be to 
set these three computers up.

Hi Trisha,

We have three new computer setups:  one for 
Diane McBurnette, one for Crystal Ross, and one 
for you.  I know Remote Scan and the Remote 
Desktop client will need to be installed on all 
of the machines while we are there setting 
everything up.  I was wondering how the 
licensing works for Remote Scan.  From what I 
remember, someone at SHC had to call the Remote 
Scan provider to transfer the licenses from one 
machine to the new machine.  If a license 
transfer needs to be done, could someone there 
do that prior to us setting up the new machines 
so we are ready to roll with the install of 
that software?

Also, before we can swap out the computers, 
anything that might be saved locally to each of 
the three current machines will need to be 
transferred to a network drive, such as the H 
drive.  This would include any documents saved 
to the desktop.

John and I would like to deliver these machines 
next week and get them up and running.  Could 
you please let me know availability so we can 
set up an appointment with you?

Remote scan will need to be installed.  They 
use medicat through a Terminal session.  Trisha 
will have the server name to which they 
connect.

Everything can be found in T:\medicat.  Will 
need to be installed within user profile.

Spoke to Crystal Ross earlier today.She 
mentioned that the Nuesoft software was 
replaced with  Medicat software(Connection is 
done via remote desktop by an external 
vendor).For this application to work, user 
would need admin rights before the installation 
.I've had this similar situation with another 
machine at SHC. She also mentioned she doesn't 
need the DYMO labelwriter.
Guy Trisha had closed for the day- I didn't get 
to meet her.The Epson scanner can be installed 
during deployment(connection via usb)

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A Dell computer and monitor need to be setup 
and delivered to Crystal Ross in the Front Reception of SHC. Contact 
Trisha Guy for setup information. The WOU # of the computer is 
20140298[Edit Inv] and the monitor is 20140301[Edit Inv]. The equipment is on the 
counter in ITC 008.
