Tried connecting via DVI and the same message showed up but the 
screen returned to its normal color. When connecting through 
displayport it also showed the error with the normal screen color. 
It displays two options:
Continue with system resume
Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu
Unsure of which option needs to be selected

GFA computer WOU#20130904[Edit Inv] is having display issues. When I 
plugged it in, a green screen appeared with "Windows Resume 
Loader" when selecting enter it continued to the setup screen but 
the image was distorted and the background was the same neon 
green. The computer is plugged into a monitor on Sarah's desk 
behind Tricia.
