Removed the fuser there is no obstruction there. 
The fuser is a little worse for ware so we will
order a new one.

Went and took a look at the printer and could not
see any paper jamming the machine.  Will consult
Megan.

printer said there was a paper jam and they
cleared it but the error won't go away.  They have
tried restarting but error is still there.
