Hi Kevin,

I was just emailing you regarding service request #54801. I just 
wanted to let you know that I went to your office after you left for 
the day. the lady at the front desk let me in. I believe I found the 
issue and was able to get rid of it. feel free to let me know how it 
works for you and drop me a message if you have any problems.

went to Kevin Huges office after he left for the day(the lady from 
the front desk let me in) when opening firefox and ie there were 
no problems with pop ups. I disabled the pop up blockers and 
cleared cookies. 

chrome was the issue. it had the savitcoupons add-on installed, i 
deleted this add on and disabled pop ups in the menu. after i did 
this i ran malwarebytes and deleted everything that was 
quarantined

the computer seems to be working perfectly fine.
I am going email Kevin and let him know, also I'm going to keep 
the task open and check back with him early next week.

He keeps getting a bunch of pop ups.  They have
done some Malware and clearing of history and
nothing seems to keep it away.  It just keeps
getting worse and worse.

Alan Philips came and asked me to fill out a
request for him.
