She had this huge 10 inch cable that wasn't the 
standard vga cable used for connecting a 
docking station to a monitor.That was why she 
had partial connection to the monitor, 
resulting in the flickering lines appearing on 
the screen.I swapped the VGA cable to a newer 
one and everything looked fine.

The monitor is having flickered lines across it
and the color is really bad and different then
normal.
