I was able to get hold of Grant and look at the
printer he complain about giving a DHCP error
message.I did some trouble by printing out the
configuration page and found out that the printer
was pulling the wrong IPaddress. In so doing I
spoke with Lori and she give me the correct
Ipaddress for the printer. Changing the IPAddress
solve the problem.

****This is an email****
Hi UCS. Our printer in Natural Sciences 115B is
currently displaying a DHCP server error on its
screen and, as a result, we can't use it to print.
I tried the simple approach of turning it off and
then back on and that did not resolve the issue.
According to another instructor, Philip Wade, he
experienced a similar issue with the printer in
NS114 about 1 week ago and had to contact UCS to
have it resolved. Maybe it is the result of some
changes over the summer?

The WOU tag on this printer is : 20130455[Edit Inv]
