The VGA cables were out of place.I had to 
reconnect the cables.This is a student machine 
running on WindowsXP(SP#) with wou#: 
20090522[Edit Inv].Probably will need to be replaced or 
we have to upgrade the OS.

The monitor is stating to go black and is making
the screen hard to see.
