Completed the virus scanned on the Dell Latitude
E6410.The Laptop is presently with Nicole  I
informed her that if the user continues to
complain about the slowness of the machine. We
would like  him to back up his file save
temporally on the system. Because we would like to
re-image the system at the final analysis.
