Called Xerox tech support, they will have a
technician calling to set up an appointment to
troubleshoot.  Ref# 19997955 needs to be given
when the tech calls.  Point of contact will be
Megan Eichler and Miles Rakestraw.

Installed the new rollers.  The printer still
jams.  It makes a grinding noise like gears
skipping when it try's to feed paper.  Calling
Xerox to have a technician come out and troubleshoot.

looking at the printer i was unable to get it to do anything every 
time i turned it on the printer would start the warm up process 
then at about 15% it would load a piece of paper and jam. after 
fixing the jam and closing the door the printers warm up 
progress would restart and run through the same process to the 
paper jam.
i think it may be something with the maintenance kit. hope to 
talk to megan about the printer when she gets in today.

HL Ref printer keeps jamming.  They take the jam
out and then it jams again and printing is stopped.
