Can a tech please take a power cord and make sure 
that everything is plugged in correctly and see 
if you can get any power to it. If you can't 
assign the ticket to Megan.

Its a fax/printer/scanner combo. It won't power 
on. 

Bill was there and made sure that the activation 
of the wall jack correct.

A man came in needing assistance fixing the fax
machine that was just moved into ED 228.
