Saw Ike again this morning.  His videos finished 
successfully and Flipshare has been uninstalled.

Met with Ike and began transfer of all his 
videos.  I set it all up to finish on it's own, 
but had to leave before it completed.  I left 
him a note explaining that the transfer should 
complete on its own.  Videos were saved to his 
h drive.

I will check in with him next week to be sure 
that everything was successful and see if he 
needs help uninstalling flipshare.

Check Dr. Ike office this morning this morning and
wasn't able to get hold of him. The receptionist
said he's not usually on campus on Friday. Will
check with him on Tuesday.

I was able to get hold of Prof Ike the previous
problem he had with his mouse jumping around the
screen was resolve after turning off his
Bluetooth. I was asked by him to transfer some
videos from an apps he was using to his desktop. I
started the transfer of those videos but to time
factor I couldn't complete the transfer.I will
check his office tomorrow.

He just called back and the mouse that he received
today was working for awhile but the cursor is now
back to jumping around and it makes it hard to
navigate around his computer.

I give the user different mouse to use on the
system and it works just fine.

I was able to get hold of the professor and check
the problem he was encountering with his mouse
malfunctioning. I give him a different mouse to
use and observe the system for few days. I will
later check with him if the problem have been resolve.

Ike Nail needs someone to come look at his
computer. His mouse is acting "crazy" and it's not
registering and it freezes. If someone could come
take a look he will be in his office 102A until
5pm today and he will be back tomorrow.
