I updated all missing (58) windows update.Also, 
updated the Flash player, Adobe shockwave and 
Silverlight on all browers (chrome , IE and 
Firefox).Everything works fine now.

His PC (WOU#20110956) is lagging. It started with
when he wrote email. The words will take a while
to show up. He called today saying that its
getting worse and the whole computer is lagging
now not just when on email. He is pretty busy but
can schedule a time for someone in his office to
let you in if he cannot be around. 
***He did a malware scan and it came out with
nothing***
