Took back to ITC 311 with Dale and installed 
computer back into its dock.

Replaced part and tested machine.  Emailed Dale to 
let me know when he is available to bring the 
machine back to him.

The computer is displaying a blinking amber power 
button with no boot to OS.  Warrantying PSU 
through Dell.  Should receive part within 24 hours 
pending approval from Dell.
