Printer was setup on the wrong port.  Once I 
changed it over from LPT1 to UCS it printed.  I 
also tested the printer on their Mac laptop and 
it was working.

I've never used these printers, I have no clue.
John do you mind looking into this if you have
time. Might be like the ID priners?

Boca printer would print from four different 
computers but now will only print from one of 
their laptops.  Looked at Ashley's computer and 
was able to send jobs to the printer through 
Vendini TicketAgent (the ticket printing 
software) but print jobs would stay in queue 
without printing.  Reinstalled BOCA drivers and 
same issue occurred.  I was able to print a 
test directly from the BOCA printer, but wasn't 
able to print anything sent from the computer.

They would like to figure this out before the 
end of the week. 

Megan, do you have any ideas?

Hi there, 

We have two BOCA printers that our department uses
for our athletic events to sell tickets. We are
having trouble getting either of them to print
when hooked up to the laptops we use for athletic
events (all WOU property). Is there any way we
could get someone up here to help us out as soon
as possible next week between the hours of 1 pm
and 4 pm as we have a Football game next Saturday
and none of us are very "computer savvy"?
