She called to say that the problem fixed itself
and to close the ticket.

She is trying to run adobe and other software
through the remote desktop but it freezes every
time and she would like someone to take a look at
it. She is out of her office today but Cathy Heide
will let you in if you can come down today.
Otherwise she will be available all day tomorrow
until 5.
