First computer is now able to print and second 
computer will now turn on (monitor was not plugged 
in)

There is a problem with printing on computer
20121002[Edit Inv] (near lab drawer 12A).
It refuses to print to the in-lab printer

There is a problem with computer 20121009[Edit Inv] (near
lab drawer 5A)
It refuses to turn on, even though it looks like
it's "on" at the end of the bench.

Will you please fix these asap?
