Closing ticket because a new work order will be 
created to activate the data port in 218.  Once 
port is activated, the computer is ready to go.

Hi Dawn,

We switched out the monitors in 249 and set 
everything up in 218.  We did find that there 
are no active data ports, however in 218.  To 
get a port activated, you will need to contact 
Telecom and they can put together a work order.  
Nicole (88010) is the best contact.  You can 
also email them at telecom@wou.edu.  Once they 
are able to activate a port, everything will be 
good to go.

Computer installed in Todd 218, but there was no 
port available for an Ethernet cord.  Lori will 
email Dawn Brown about the next steps to have one 
installed.

Equipment picked up, and printer dropped off at 
Dawn's office.  Re-imaging computer now

The printer needs to be placed in Dawn's office 
for now.

The computer needs to be reimaged before 
placing it back with Dawn for redistribution.  
Please pick up equipment and move forward with 
reimaging the machine

Hello,

We would like to move a computer from MH324 and
get it ready to be reassigned to someone in Todd
Hall.  I don't know exactly which person will be
using this computer but I will know within a few days.

The equipment is currently under Pat Kellley's
name, but she no longer works at TRI.
