All updates have been installed.I ran the 
scanpst.exe file to repair any damage to the 
pst file-There were no errors. Unchecked any 
un-used add-in (e.g share-point and itunes add-
ins').Restarted outlook and everything looked 
fine.

I had to run  27 new updates.So, he will give me a 
call if the problem persist.

My Microsoft office products 
(word,excel,outlook) are crashing on a daily 
basis returning the message " MS word has 
stopped working, checking for a solution" and 
then will close and restart. I have read a 
little bit on the web about this problem and it 
looks like there are several causes- has anyone 
else on campus had similar problems a solution 
has been found for?
