Printer is dead, they need to replace it. Asking 
Tricia to send them info for a new printer

The printer is not working at all now - I've
turned it off then on four times and the copier is
showing an error message: "49.FF07 SERVICE ERROR"

Same issue - the printer says "ready" or
"processing" or "sleep mode" etc. but when I go to
print nothing happens. I get an error on my
computer that says the page failed to print.
Yesterday I turned it off then on once and it
worked. Today I turned it off and on three times
before it would print.

Now the printer is giving a two different errors.
The first one says MEM Test Failer Replace DIMM1
The second one was error 096MB000(All she said was
there was many zeros at the end of this error so
there might be more zeros to it.

Had to restart the printer and it printed fine and also updated java.

She is having issues printing from banner,
originally it would not let her choose the printer
from within banner and now when she send the print
job from banner it doesn't print or show up in the
print que.
