Turning point was installed on imac wou# : 
20131015[Edit Inv] and the printer (NS-NS204 -xerox phaser 
4620 was reconnected to his machine via IP. Also, 
made him an admin on the imac.

Couldn't access WOU# on the printer

Hi,
Two issues:

1. I cannot print to NS204 printer.

2. I need to download Turning Point software but
cannot provide (don't have??) administrator password.

I am located in NS 220.
