I was able to get hold of Ed and troubleshoot his
computer. With series of troubleshooting done I
realize that his operating system got corrupted.
In so doing I re-image the machine. That resolve
the problem. The machine have been deliver to his
office.

Ed needs someone to come take a look at his
computer. He said that randomly windows shut down
and now the screen stays black with a white
flashing block in the top corner and stays like that. 

He will be leaving his office unlocked so someone
can stop by whenever. If he has to be there,
someone needs to give him a call because he may or
may not be available at certain times of the day.
