She called and said the third restart seemed to
fix her problems.

Computer is running really slow.  She tried to
open a webpage and it took about 20mins to load. 
She has tried restarting three times and she is
getting the same issue.  It seems to load her
profile fine, just everything she tries to do is
running super slow.

She is only in till 1130 today.
